This shop is for my items that I can't list over Etsy and cheaper option for customers that visit my shop link rather than browsing the Etsy Marketplace
EU is now implementing a flat rate customs duty tax (tariff) for packages €150 of €3 per HS Code (item type). I will not be refunding any orders returned to me for this reason
EU buyers are encouraged to buy from Etsy since they compute the tax. You may still order from here however please note that the I'm not liable for any taxes that may occur while receiving the package.
US buyers is not required for tariff fee as of June 28, 2026
All international orders are shipped using PHLPost
Forwarders Mykartero or Inline for anywhere else PHLpost cannot service

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET
If after 2 months there is NO MOVEMENT from the LAST UPDATE on tracking on the order that is OUTSIDE or FAR AWAY from the sender's location or I see the order is sent back to me, I will send a replacement but I will require a repayment of shipping fee

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING TOO LONG
Onhand items are shipped every Tuesdaye GMT+8 unless there are delays
Ideally the preorders should last for month and another month for production. If I did not meet the MOQ I'll message the buyers if they want refund or have the preorder duration longer so I can have the funds for production.
I also often post at my twitter item previews or order/shipping updates.
